IGF-1 LR3 — Long Arg3 IGF-1 research peptide with extended half-life. Reduced IGFBP binding for bioavailability research.

IGF-1 LR3 (Long Arg3 IGF-1) is a modified IGF-1 research peptide. The ‘LR3’ modification consists of 13 additional amino acids at the N-terminus and an arginine substitution at position 3.
The structural modifications reduce IGF-1’s binding affinity for IGF Binding Proteins (IGFBPs) — proteins that normally sequester ~99% of circulating IGF-1. This produces dramatically increased free IGF-1 in research models.
Used in: IGF receptor signaling research, IGFBP-independent IGF research, anabolic pathway studies, comparative IGF analog studies.
