At Nubexa, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only products, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy on most items.

We recommend reviewing all product descriptions, disclaimers, and intended usage before making a purchase.

⚠️ All products sold are for research use only. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been opened, used, or removed from controlled storage conditions.


⏳ Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)

Refunds or replacements may be considered under very limited circumstances, such as:

β€’ The product was damaged during transit.

β€’ There is evidence of a manufacturer defect (must be documented with photos within 48 hours of delivery).

If your return is approved after inspection, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they arrive defective, broken, or incorrect. To request an exchange for the same product, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and pictures of the item received.

Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the item.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return (if approved). Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
